What is Deft ERP?

Deft ERP is an integrated enterprise resource planning platform offered as a cloud subscription (SaaS). The subscription covers hosting, databases, the runtime environment and continuous updates.

Which plans are available and what do they cost?

Four annual plans: Starter for up to 10 employees at 10,000 SAR, Growth for up to 20 at 15,000 SAR, Business for up to 40 at 25,000 SAR and Enterprise for up to 80 at 40,000 SAR. Above 80 employees, Enterprise Plus is priced by quotation.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT.

Are there fees besides the annual subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a one-off setup and initial go-live fee of 3,000 SAR. It covers the servers, database, users and permissions, email, backups, security, domain linking, basic reports, basic training and the initial go-live. It is due when work starts and is not refundable.

What does the annual subscription include?

System hosting with its databases and production environment, SSL certificates and basic protection, periodic backups, technical support and maintenance: bug fixes plus security and stability updates.

What is not included in the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Customisations and special development, special reports and dashboards, integrations with external systems, extra training and emergency support outside working hours. Each is priced by a separate quotation.

Does the system comply with ZATCA e-invoicing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The ZATCA integration issues government e-invoices to ZATCA standards and generates the QR code and reference number for every invoice automatically.

Does the HR module follow Saudi labour law?

Yes. The HR suite follows Saudi labour law and covers the employee life cycle from hiring to end of service: attendance, payroll, leave, custody, loans and appraisals.

How fast does support respond?

By priority: critical (the system has stopped) within 4 working hours, high within 8 working hours, medium within one working day and low within 3 working days. Times are counted within official working hours.

What if our team grows beyond the plan?

Accepted Answer

Tell us and we move you to the next plan. If the limit stays exceeded for more than 30 days, the plan may be upgraded automatically under the contract.

Question 11

How does renewal work?

The subscription is annual and renews automatically for the same period unless either side gives written notice 30 days before it ends. The renewal invoice is issued 30 days before the end date.

Question 12

What happens to our data when the subscription ends?

Accepted Answer

Your data is kept for 30 days after the subscription ends, and data export tools are available within the system. After 90 days the data and its backups may be deleted permanently.
